Why Spring Training Is Where Real Athletes Separate Themselves

If you’ve been around our gym long enough, you know I say this every year:

Spring is where separation happens.

Most athletes wait until summer to “get serious.”

By then, it’s too late.

The real growth happens in the months nobody is paying attention.

Our 12 Week Spring Training Program (March 16 – June 1) is built specifically to help athletes:

• Build real strength safely and progressively
• Improve speed and sprint mechanics
• Reduce injury risk
• Develop confidence in the weight room
• Prepare for summer camps and fall seasons

This isn’t random conditioning.

It’s not running kids into the ground.

It’s structured, progressive strength and speed work with coaching that actually teaches athletes how to move.

High School and Middle School Athletes train:
M-F @ 3:30pm
M-TH @ 4:30pm & 5:30pm

Junior Athletes train:
Tuesday & Thursday @ 5:30pm

We keep groups intentional so athletes get real coaching — not just a workout.

I’ve worked with athletes across the valley — from middle school beginners to college-level players. The common thread in every successful athlete?

Consistency.

Not motivation.
Not hype.
Not talent alone.

Consistency.

Twelve weeks of consistent, focused training can completely change an athlete’s trajectory.

Spring is that window.

If your athlete is serious about improving, this is where it starts.
