It’s that time of year again…
The summer grind is winding down, and athletes all over town are gearing up for the fall season. But here’s the mistake we see every single year:
Athletes make incredible progress all summer long…
Only to stop training completely once the season starts.
And within just a few weeks?
That strength, that speed, that confidence — it starts to fade.
At Yakima Sports Performance, we do things differently. Our Fall Training Schedule is live and we’re ready to help athletes (and adults) stay strong, fast, and injury-free through the fall.
💥 What’s New This Fall?
We’ve created a training schedule that fits your sport, your season, and your goals.
Here’s what’s on deck for September 1 – November 14:
🏋️♂️ Adult Group (6am & 6:30pm)
Functional strength and mobility for adults who want to move better, feel better, and stay strong — without the wear and tear.
⚡ HS/MS Group (3:30pm & 5:30pm)
Training for middle and high school athletes focused on building a better athlete from the ground up — strength, speed, power, and performance.
⚾ Baseball Group (3:30pm)
Off-season work tailored for baseball: rotational power, arm care, sprint speed, and position-specific strength.
👦 Junior Athletes (4:30pm)
Ages 8–12. Focused on coordination, speed mechanics, and body awareness — all done through movement and fun.
🏊 Swim Team (4:00pm)
Dryland training to increase pool performance: core strength, explosiveness, and endurance.
🏈 Fall Sport Athletes (6–8pm)
In-season athletes need to train smarter, not harder. These high-output, low-volume sessions are designed to maintain strength, speed, and confidence all season — while reducing injury risk.
📍Why It Matters
The reality is this: Training doesn’t stop when the season starts.
If anything, it becomes more important.
Smart in-season training keeps your progress from disappearing, reduces your chance of injury, and helps you play better when it matters most.
And for our adults — if you’re tired of feeling stiff, slow, or beat up from everyday life… this is your season too.
🚨 Spots Are Limited
We intentionally keep group sizes small so we can coach the details.
