My Own Training Experience

About 2 years ago when I opened up YSP’s Nob Hill Location my own personal health got put on the back burner. I stopped working out consistently, worked really late hours trying to get the gym done, ate a lot of fast food and was feeling pretty awful about myself. So I practiced what I preach and I hired one of my coaches (John Ray) to train me. It ended up being the best decision my health couldve asked for at the time. It gave me accountability that I was desperatley needing, It reignited the confidence in myself that I was losing, and most importantly got me the results I was looking for.
