👊 My Personal Experience With It
When I was first starting YSP on Nob Hill, I wasn’t in a good place with my own fitness.
I was eating fast food, sleeping terribly, and felt completely out of rhythm.
And here I was, the guy running the gym… feeling like I didn’t belong in the gym.
It was humbling. I had a decade of experience, and I still felt off. So, I hired one of my own coaches to guide me. I needed accountability, structure, and support—just like everyone else. And I’m thankful I did, because it got me back on track.
